MetalMaster Quality Pressbrakes are highly durable machines used for bending of metal and other sheets. They are capable of precision bending and continuous multiple loads. During these processes they are able to prevent distortion because main frames are constructed from solid steel.
MetalMaster Pressbrakes feature an adjustable synchronised torsion bar with positive stop system. Users can expect consistent and accurate bending beam parallelism, with tolerance of 0.01mm, operated through the digital control unit.
These machines are manufactured in high volume production process, resulting in cost-effective manufacturing. That means affordable prices, value for money, and good return on investment.
Electrical parts are from Telemecanique, Merlin Gerin, and ABB, all of which work according to European quality and standards. The hydraulic control units are from Italy, with Aron as supplier.

MAINTENANCE
Unlike traditional timber louvres that need constant maintenance our powder coated louvre system requires a minimum of care.
Just by keeping the bottom tracks free of debris and occasionally washing the louvres to remove any build up of dirt and salt will guarantee a trouble-free operation and protect the powder coat finish for many years to come.
