Providing A Finishing Touch For Palm Beach Residences

Our contribution was instrumental in elevating its architectural elegance and functionality. What Was The Project?
Designed by architects BDO, the residential project saw 80 apartments being constructed over nine levels, with eight labelled as typical residential properties.
The apartment building project, which was carried out by construction company Rawcorp, saw the inclusion of a sauna, a swimming pool, and a range of communal facilities on the ground floor. In addition, residents’ and visitors’ parking lots were built, with additional underground parking available on a single basement level.
The project was started in June 2021 and completed in May 2023.
Aluminium Balustrades were called upon to carry out the installation of roof screens and facade screens around the building, as well as gates and balustrading, which added a significant degree of aesthetic appeal and functional value to the prestige residential project.
Feedback from project stakeholders ‒ ranging from buyers to renters and even the local community ‒ was that the execution of Aluminium Balustrades’ work was “exceptional”.
What Work Did Aluminium Balustrades Do?
Glazed Balustrades
We provided glazed balustrades made with an aluminium frame and posts and 10 mm of clear, toughened, heat soaked glass to ensure a stable and safe barrier solution for the apartment balconies. The glass was tempered through heat soaking to make it more resistant to breakage thanks to nickel sulphide inclusions.
Stair Balustrade
The stair balustrade was installed to provide a safe and aesthetically pleasing finish to the staircase in the apartment building.
Screen Around The Building
The screening solution was installed to provide an aesthetically pleasing facade and a simultaneous modern upgrade to residents’ privacy. It was finished off with a beautiful pure gold powder coat, complimenting the prestigious architecture of the apartment building.
Rooftop Screen
A custom-made rooftop screen was made for the entrance to the apartment building. This unique addition was finished in monument powder colour to suit the project’s eye-catching design.
Gates and Grab Rails For Internal Stairs
We installed access gates for the project that were in line with the original architectural vision. In addition, we installed grab rails for the internal stairs in the building and finished them off with a beautiful and stately silver-grey powder coat.
